LOCAL continues its participation in the 2nd Friday Circuit of Art with a new installation by Oklahoma artist Shelly Lewis Stanfield. The opening reception is free and open to the public from 6-9pm, Friday, August 10th with delicious complimentary hors d’oeuvres, wine, and live music.

Currently featured in Santa Fe and Tulsa Galleries, Stanfield’s bold, abstract work is inspired directly from her love affair with architecture, interior design and nature.   Working primarily in acrylics, Stanfield’s energetic application of color invokes emotional movement in her work that acknowledges the structure and chaos of the natural world.
